*** MEAL 1 - CREAMY APPLE EGG WHITE OATMEAL WITH YERBA MATE ***

Throw 1/2c or 45g of oats and add 1/3c or 110ml of milk.
Nuke in microwave for 90 seconds.
Add one egg white and some water. Nuke for a further minute.
Add half apple (diced), half scoop of protein powder and teaspoon of PB2.

1 teaspoon of yerba mate leaves are steeped in hot water for 5 mins

*** MEAL 2 - HUMMUS AND VEGGIES ***

To make hummus simply blend together:-

600g chickpeas
1/2 tbs minced garlic
100 ml olive oil
2 tbs tahini paste
1 tsp ground cumin
Juice 1 lemon
1/4 c (60ml) water

Sprinkle chopped parsley and cayenne pepper to garnish.

Dip raw veggies into your yummus hummus!

*** MEAL 3 - CHICKEN SWEET POTATO AND PEAS ***

*** MEAL 5 - SALMON AND VEGGIES ***

Season salmon with lemon slices, rosemary sprigs, salt and pepper
Spray salmon with coconut oil and throw in a 200 Celsius (400 Fahrenheit) hot oven. Salmon takes 20 mins.
Add cherry tomatoes and asparagus spears for the final 10 mins.

Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and sesame oil into your cooked 300g brussel sprouts before serving.

*** MEAL 6 - PROTEIN FLUFF AND PANCAKES ***

PANCAKE BATTER

3 eggs
3 to 4 packets of Truvia depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of coconut flour
Pinch of salt
1/3c milk (110ml)

PROTEIN FLUFF

1/4 whey protein powder I used the Madagascan Vanilla Isowhey
1/4c milk 1 cup frozen berries
1/2g xantham gum

Blend the above 3 ingredients before mixing them with an electric whisk for around 8 minutes or until the mixture turns light and fluffy!
